The founder of Paradise Mountain Ministries will be speaking during the worship service.
If you would like to bring something to support their ministry they have requested the following:
Chips
Cereals (granola, Honey Bunches of Oats, etc.)
Powdered lemonade
Gift cards from Wal-Mart (the only store nearby)
Join us for a food fellowship followed by a missions session. Judy Gaskin will speak to us about her missions in Indonesia.
The women will meet with our guest missionary, Judy Gaskin to enjoy dinner and fellowship.
The HBC Quarterly Board Meeting will immediately follow the morning service.
The HBC Quarterly Board Meeting will be on Sunday, April 23rd, immediately following morning service.
We will meet Friday, September 1, so that Carolyn can relate the effectiveness and importance of praying for unreached people groups.
Bring your wrapped or unwrapped shoe-boxes, filled or empty, to the church. Donated wrapping paper will also be welcomed. All wrapped, filled shoe-boxes are due at the church no later than Wednesday, November 15h. Please enclose $9 per box: checks to be made out to “Samaritan’s Purse” with memo – “Operation Christmas Child.” Everyone is invited to help deliver the shoe boxes to our drop-off center (Lynn Haven Baptist Church) after our morn- ing service on Sunday, November 19th. HBC Board Chairpersons and Officers will meet to plan the 2018 budget. This meeting is open to all HBC members.
