The founder of Paradise Mountain Ministries will be speaking during the worship service.
If you would like to bring something to support their ministry they have requested the following:

Cereals (granola, Honey Bunches of Oats, etc.)
Powdered lemonade
Gift cards from Wal-Mart (the only store nearby)
The Christian & Missionary Alliance Biennial Council will be held in Columbus, Ohio, May 30- June 4, 2017. If you would like to attend to see what goes on at the Council and hear some of the guest speakers, you can do so by registering as a Corresponding Delegate at the Alliance website www.cmalliance.org/council17. Council ends on Sunday, June 4, with a special Parade of Missionaries. It is very inspiring. On Monday, June 5, you may want to join the Hazards as they visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum in Williamstown, Kentucky.
Our teens have the opportunity for a wonderful week at Poplar Point Camp this summer!

This is a beautiful setting and a wonderful time to get to know
our Alliance sisters. A sign- up sheet will be in the foyer and the more, the merrier! You will be blessed by music, worship and great fellowship.
Cost: Single room is $118.00; 2-4 (or more) in a room is $105.00 adults; $80.00 teens The prices include all meals.
A donation this year will include the opportunity for giving to furnish new mattresses for the dorm in Dakar.

Bring your wrapped or unwrapped shoe-boxes, filled or empty, to the church. Donated wrapping paper will also be welcomed. All wrapped, filled shoe-boxes are due at the church no later than Wednesday, November 15h. Please enclose $9 per box: checks to be made out to “Samaritan’s Purse” with memo – “Operation Christmas Child.” Everyone is invited to help deliver the shoe boxes to our drop-off center (Lynn Haven Baptist Church) after our morn- ing service on Sunday, November 19th. No candy or toothpaste allowed. Questions? see Julie Marsh.
